At Axial Structural Solutions we continue innovating to offer new solutions in solar monitoring for each of our clients unique projects. After months of research and development, Axial now introduces a new model of solar trackers to the range of tracking products: the AxialTracker 1V Twin.
With a single vertical module, this new double row solar tracker shares motorization and electronic systems between two rows to reduce supply costs up to 20%, as well as future maintenance.
Faithful to our philosophy of creating high security products, the solution designed for this kind of solar trackers solves the transmission between the structures using a Cardan joint. The power to produce the movement of both trackers is generated from one single motor, but the effects of wind loads are distributed between both structures through independent reducers. Thanks to this system, an embedment point is provided in each tracker, spreading the tension to the ground.
This new tracker model adds to the AxialTracker product range, together with the AxialTracker 3H and 2V model (also a Bifacial version), which all incorporate their revolutionary and innovative Blocking System technology.
Axial has carried out research and tests in wind tunnels in collaboration with different reference partners to evaluate the effect of wind on all our products. Knowledge of the different effects and wind conditions allows us to develop optimized solutions based on the demands of each site and special requirements of our clients.
