The Valencia company AXIAL Energy Solutions is certified according to standard EN 1090-1 in compliance with the Directive for Construction Products. This the first certificate in its field in the whole of Spain.
It is on this certificate that the company bases the current quality system of its structural dimensioning and the assembly of steel and aluminium structures.
To obtain a successful result from the auditors and obtain the certificate, Axial carries out structural dimensioning and ensures compliance with the instructions of the client’s project, drawing up the design with advanced software, and applies the regulations required in each project as to dimensioning, modelling, and 3D design. They are also carried out with the necessary tests in order to determine the properties and characteristics of the terrain in each case.
Axial checks that all the products that form part of each solar plant are consistent, establishing systematic quality agreements with the suppliers and subcontractors and controlling the traceability of the product until its final destination. The quality of the materials and specifications is supervised according to the project by the quality certificates, either of used zinc according to standard UNE-EN 1179 or of galvanizing rules according to standard UNE-EN ISO 1461, depending on the type of materials used.
Moreover, AXIAL Energy Solutions has qualified personnel to receive and control the material that arrives at each work site, who check and approve the technical characteristics of the product and the assembly and supervision of the work. The company uses control plans to inspection the components received on site, in accordance with that specified in the procedure, which also describes the necessary inspections for assembled products and measuring equipment calibrated in Accredited Laboratories.
