The Spanish company will exhibit its AxialTracker SlopeSync at the largest international solar energy trade fair, which will take place from June 19 to 21 in Munich
Axial will display its technological potential at Intersolar Europe 2024 with the launch of its fourth generation of solar trackers. The Spanish company has chosen the incomparable setting of the main solar energy trade fair in Munich from June 19 to 21 to showcase its new range of products.
The main attraction of this edition will be the presentation of the new double row AxialTracker SlopeSync, with which Axial is once again taking a step forward in the design, manufacture and operation of solar trackers.
In addition to the prototype, the public will be able to see the new SmartAx logic, the solar tracking system with which Axial redefines climate adaptation and solar tracking, integrating intelligent functions to manage wind, snow, hail, floods, diffuse irradiation and 3DBT.
Visitors will be able to visit stand 320 in Hall A6 to learn more about the services offered by the company, discovering the technological updates that have been implemented throughout Axial’s product offering. For this purpose, the company will once again have interactive 3D screens where visitors will be able to learn in detail about the features of the AxialTracker and RackXpro ranges.
As has become tradition, Axial will offer the first day of Intersolar Europe 2024, Wednesday 19, an after-hour event, from 18h, enlivened with live music to share wine and beer with customers and suppliers.
SlopeSync
AxialTracker SlopeSync, Axial’s new double row tracker, incorporates the technology of cardan joints along its main axis of rotation, to allow total adaptability and synchronization to all terrains, even the most complex.
This technology ensures that, within the same tracker, each section of torque tube can have a different inclination or slope but always maintaining the continuity of the rotation and rotation of the photovoltaic modules.
In addition, the system has been designed so that the adaptability to the terrain does not imply the deformation of any profile or part of the structure, avoiding the appearance of induced stresses and thus achieving a longer useful life of the tracker.
Axial SmartAx
The new SmartAx solar tracking system, which is available for any site, strives for excellence, providing the highest levels of quality and sustainability for the most demanding customers in the industry.
Its self-powered versions feature a charging algorithm that maximizes battery life, with options that operate even at -30°C, and fastchange technology that reduces replacement time and cost by 75%.
Axial
In recent years Axial has established itself as an international benchmark in the design and manufacture of solar trackers and fixed structures for photovoltaic installations. One of its main hallmarks is its commitment to a high level of technological development, which allows it to provide great advances in the design and manufacture of solar trackers. It is also a pioneer in key aspects such as safety in the face of adverse weather conditions such as wind.
The company is present in all phases of the projects: from their initial design to their execution. Axial’s mission is to accompany its customers to provide them with the best possible advice, offering solid solutions to achieve excellence and customer satisfaction.
